基本上，你要提供多一點的資訊，譬如說該拍賣網頁的連結，
或者是相關資料，不然沒辦法用我的經驗給你看法。

我把Free PayPal Buyer Protection的條件列在下方，
順便讓各位看看PayPal的把戲：

1. The "Free PayPal Buyer Protection" message is
displayed in the seller listing information.

會這麼寫是因為，賣場內具備Free PayPal Buyer Protection的賣家，
都是由PayPal透過統計數字所挑選出來的人，這些賣家的交易行為絕對正常，
而且在Claim的次數極少，帳戶裡面一定也有足夠的balance，
（因為是常態性交易，我的賣場裡面也有，但是我競爭對手就沒有，
因為他們都是走私下交易的比較多，所以在樣本上不會通過paypal的model）
所以PayPal才敢為這些人做擔保，因為出事的機率已經被篩選過了，
怎麼賠都划算，如果說今天這個賣家他有這個mark，那才有得玩。
如果他是惡意的，那他有這個mark的機率應該趨近於零。

2. You purchase your item on eBay.

所以說，私下交易不賠的，因為他系統沒有賺到錢，自然也沒保護你的必要。

3. You must use PayPal to pay for the item, and use the seller's email address
associated with the listing. To make sure of this, use the gray Pay Now
button when the eBay listing ends.

用Request的話也一樣不賠，
因為你的交易沒走這個模式的話，PayPal一樣賺不到錢。

4. The seller's eBay listing is for a physical item. Services and intangible
items are not covered.

實體東西才算，服務跟非實體的東西不算數。

5. You may only file one claim per PayPal payment. You are limited to three
PayPal Buyer Protection refunds per calendar year.

一個case只能告一次，一個禮拜只能告3次，老實說蠻黑的

6. Claims must be filed within 45 days of the PayPal payment.

交易後45天內都可以申訴，但是45天後就不行。
這也是為什麼我從來不叫人家用什麼水陸聯運的，太久了。
