我在shobop.com買$110美金的衣服，超過$100美金是免運的，
今天包裹送來，竟然營業稅稅基要台幣49xx，
我想說怎麼回事？因為我包裹內的invoice是$110沒錯啊。
打電話去UPS問，沒想到shopbop.com寄給他們的invoice裡面有加上$35美金的運費，
變成這個包裹是$145美金，變成我就被用$145美金的金額去被課稅...（怒）
請問我要怎麼跟海關申訴呢？超級不想吞下去的啊！
