被paypal chargeback - 海外購物

情況跟之前的板友差不多
也是留給我正評之後
近一個月後要求charge back

接獲charge back要求之後
我把郵局掛號收據照起來上傳，也提出對方買家給我正面評價的證據
結果paypal還是把我的錢扣了，還加上10美元的手續費
真的快氣死！

於是我寫信給paypal
attach之前上傳的照片與對方給我正評的截圖
結果paypal竟然回了一封制式的信要我傳真？
那我之前在paypal介面上傳的東西都是屁嗎？
難道為了這馬來西亞爛人，我還支付越洋傳真費用？
這有沒有太誇張了一點？
paypal做生意這種態度，ebay還好意思在台灣推外銷
一點保障都沒有，隨隨便便就有買家來要錢
且完全沒有dedense的餘地
這像不像是跨國的詐騙集團？


以下是Paypal給我的信件原文
Unfortunately, PayPal cannot accept attachments for both your protection
and ours. Please email the text to [email protected] or fax this
information to the PayPal Chargeback Department at 65-6510-4594 and be
sure to reference your case number.
