〔記者廖千瑩／台北報導〕衛生紙不當行銷案，公平會委員會議今天審議此案決定
對大潤發開罰。公平會表示，大潤發發布衛生紙漲價的不實訊息進行促銷行為，誤
導消費大眾，引發衛生紙商品突發性供需失調，為足以影響交易秩序的欺罔行為，
違反公平法第25條規定，處新台幣350萬元罰鍰。

大潤發平時在話題製造上 比不過好市多和家樂福
好不容易製造個話題，結果焦點卻也都不在大潤發上
最後還落得被罰鍰的下場............
不過話說 大潤發東西蠻多都挺便宜的，但是店數真的很少
很多時候與其千里迢迢的到大潤發買 還不如到家樂福或全聯還比較方便又省時間
