以前不會特別注意肉桂捲
因為想說又沒有特別喜歡肉桂
但是不知道甚麼時候開始
被厚厚的糖霜吸引
幸好沒寫熱量
流口水中....
先說麵包捲本身
如果都有被油漬浸到
那再度回烤的時候就會酥酥脆脆令人愛不釋口
但是裡面部分通常就會比較乾
如果切成一半烤的話沒那麼漂亮但是熱度就比較平均
再來說令人喜愛的糖霜(螞蟻再度附身)
一開始買回來的時候 糖霜是軟軟嫩嫩 入口即化
如果放到有點乾 就會變成脆脆爽口狀
如果回烤 那就是經典啦~~~
熱的時候 甜度也大增 也可以實在感受到砂糖存在
烤得有點焦 瞬間變成焦糖狀
咬在口裡就變成一塊黏牙的糖果了
真是多變的糖霜啊~~(螞蟻告退)
