公平會今天表示，好市多公司銷售「紐西蘭玫瑰富士蘋果」商品廣告，對於蘋果品質及內
容有虛偽不實及引人錯誤的情形，處好市多公司新台幣20萬元罰鍰。
行政院公平交易委員會表示，好市多股份有限公司發行廣告型錄，其內容刊載給人印象為
，好市多會員可以在優惠的期間以便宜的價格買到紐西蘭玫瑰富士蘋果（NEW ZEALAND
QUEEN ROSE APPLE）。
公平會表示，經查雖然中文都叫紐西蘭玫瑰富士蘋果，但好市多在英文的部分有誤植的情
況，應將NEWZEALAND QUEEN ROSE APPLE改為NEW ZEALAND QUEENAPPLE及NEW ZEALAND
ROSE APPLE。
公平會表示，在優惠期間，民眾在好市多公司新竹、台中及高雄賣場所購得並非紐西蘭玫
瑰富士蘋果，而是紐西蘭皇后蘋果(Pacific Queen)及紐西蘭富士蘋果(Fuji)混裝。
公平會表示，好市多公司已經坦承，銷售內容與廣告宣稱不相符，所以處20萬元罰鍰。
