*事發經過:(僅能文字敘述,不得擅自夾雜圖片連結)

在10/14的時候我們辦公室在網路跟「菜鳥採購烘焙日誌」預訂貝果
店家每週五早上會在捷運府中站出攤可以現場取貨
店家跟我們約好10/22可取貨,取貨時間是6:45~8:30

沒想到10/22當天
我們同事8:10左右到攤位
店家竟然已經把我們的貝果賣給別的客人!!!
理由是怕我們跑單
後來同事看line發現店家早上8:04有傳line說因為我們沒回覆line跟回電,所以取消我們
的訂單

知道這件事情之後我有打給店家了解情況
店家解釋前一天有傳line提醒取貨,但是我同事沒有已讀
然後早上打電話沒接
說他被跑單跑怕了才取消我們訂單
問題是店家是前一晚深夜23:28分才傳line,我同事已經睡了
然後早上店家8點左右有打給同事沒錯
但同事當時通勤趕路中沒有接到電話
我雖然可以體諒店家怕被跑單的心情,但有跟店家反應這樣做法不ok
店家一直強調我們是第一個這樣反應不滿的客人(因為其他客人都是真的跑單但我們沒有
啊!!!)

我在電話中有提出疑問:
1.取貨時間是到早上8:30結束,為何同事在時間內到訂單卻被拆售賣給別人?
店家回應:8:30是他收攤時間,如果8:30我們沒到貝果就要銷毀所以提早賣掉
(不是啊那你幹嘛寫取貨到8:30???)
2.店家事前沒有說明如果我們沒回line或接電話就會取消訂單,為何沒有先把規則跟客人
講清楚?那我們先網路預訂的用意是?
店家回應文不對題,再次鬼打牆說貝果被跑單很浪費不能浪費食物
(完全沒回答到我的問題)

我到這個時候都還沒有很生氣,甚至還提出一些建議:
1.能體諒怕被跑單,但要先把規定跟客人說明
2.用line提醒可以改成兩天前,或前一天的白天,不要深夜才傳,讓客人有時間已讀
3.可以先收款項避免跑單(店家堅持說他們都不先收錢)
4.可以把公告的取貨時間改成到8:00,這樣到8:30收攤之前都還有緩衝時間

但店家只是在電話中瘋狂鬼打牆說怕跑單,後來竟然還回說「妳現在打來是要吵什麼」、
「妳現在是想要免費貝果嗎?」
聽到這句我直接理智線斷掉
我跟店家說預訂就取消我們不要了,談話不歡而散

沒想到後來店家在fb公告
大意就是他們怕浪費食物
所以前一天會傳line提醒,如果客人沒有回line或當天未回電就會拆售
對今天打來表達不滿的客人很抱歉之類的
然後下面有網友回應支持、準時是美德等等

我們真的很生氣!店家整個重點錯誤,誤導其他客人
我們也覺得不浪費食物的原則很棒啊!
但我們沒有要浪費耶!我們提早到取貨還被店家放鳥
公告搞得好像我們是遲到又抱怨的奧客
事後補公告是甚麼意思?這個規則很好但你事前要跟客人說啊大哥!
而且所謂的前一天提醒是深夜十一點半也太晚了
店家在粉專的態度跟電話中的態度真的差超~多
我們其他同事也很訝異,因為有去攤位買過好幾次,看不出老闆態度會差成這樣

原本不想再跟店家有牽扯
結果去取貨的同事回來辦公室跟我說他也有line店家
店家在line上突然禮貌上線理智回籠跟我們道歉
態度變得很有禮,讓我們有稍微消氣
雖然店家一直想要電話致歉,但我真的不想再跟他們對話
也跟店家表示不會再訂購很遺憾,希望店家改進不要有其他客人跟我們一樣

當天下班之後我在店家fb的公告下把來龍去脈解釋清楚,並且附上對話截圖,店家也簡單
回應我的留言說「感謝建議」

原本事情就到這裡告一段落,沒想到剛剛同事跟我說店家把我的留言刪掉了!而且也把回
應功能關掉,我去粉專確認店家也真的獨獨刪掉(或隱藏)我的留言,不知道是心虛還是怕
店家經營人設崩壞
只能希望大家避免踩雷,好吃的貝果有很多間,真的不用來這家店受氣。

新埔站自取買這家很多次了,真的沒想到店家會是這樣對待客人(要慶幸自己都有回line?!),能理解被取消訂單的錯愕及店家後續的不妥善處理態度。謝謝原Po的公開告知也讓消費者多一點選擇!
