美國亞馬遜刷卡問題 - 網店

在美國亞馬遜要刷卡結帳
無論是買啥，包含直接結帳或是刷 Wallet 儲值都會失敗
Amazon 給的信件是說

Hello,
We have canceled your recent Amazon.com order(s) because we were unable to
charge your credit card.

We are unable to determine why your credit card was declined. A charge can be
declined for a variety of reasons, some of which may not be related to the
validity of the credit card. For this reason, we often try processing the
charge again at a later time.

問線上客服說他們也不知道哪邊的問題

問信用卡公司（元大）
則是說完全沒收到這筆要求，他們也沒檔
請問有板友遇過這樣的問題嗎？
同一張卡有刷過會員，不過後來取消了
刷其他關係企業Aduiable之類的也可以過
就是Amazon本站一直不行也不知道哪邊卡住？

請問看看大家有沒有辦法解鎖繼續敗家？
