家人很喜歡Burberry的產品，最近有買包需求也以它為首先考量，今天進了一家店，之前
有在那裡買長夾，所以在看包之前就問銷售人員可不可以幫忙保養一下，結果銷售連正眼
也沒看我就說：「我們沒有在做保養的服務！」當下不太高興，所以後來就沒有再考慮買
他們家的包！因為在買精品的「資歷」很淺，所以想說上來問一下是一般都沒有提供保養
的服務還是這屬於銷售員的個人問題？麻煩板上各位解答！
