用ebay GSP還被要求報關手續費是否正常 - 海外購物

小弟在ebay 買了汽車安全座椅，運送方式是GSP
但這兩天收到順豐要求報關服務費，理由是

"因此貨件進口台灣受經濟部標檢局管制，
需要以正式報關單向海關申報
(收取NT500報關服務費)"

由於GSP的條文是說結帳時已包含所有該付的金額
所以想請問順豐向我要求的這筆收費是否合理?

如不合理該怎麼處理?
