為何台灣賣的Vitamin C 成分差異超大?? - 大賣場

因為剛好有台灣跟美國的Vitamin C 咀嚼碇
台灣說一顆 800mg
裡面卻只有76.5mg C
美國一顆 500mg
體積比台灣大 口感也較好
裡面有C 500mg 聽說是正常所需量的8倍
不過像是曬太陽 或是上廁所 其實C會不斷流失
適當的補充 才是重點囉
不知道為何會有這樣的差別呢??

細部成分像是鈉 或是熱量 也有些微差異
不過最誇張的還是C的含量吧
竟然差了快7倍
美國在出口健康食品時 都會刻意調整商品成分嗎??
