淘寶店家發錯貨 - 網店

11/20 買了鞋子, 12/5集運到台灣後,
發現賣家發錯貨了, 收到的當天已拍照跟賣家反應,
賣家一開始要求我退回, 我回覆在台灣退貨不方便, 運費也很高,
接著問該怎麼處理, 又問退貨運費能否由賣家負擔,
但賣家從要求我退回之後都只已讀不回, 完全擺爛, 不回覆,
12/6 我先告知賣家會給負評, 同時會請淘寶小二介入處理,
(此時依舊已讀不回)
12/6 我給了負評, 依據淘寶小二的建議, 選了退貨退款協商的退款選項,
12/11 收到淘寶系統通知賣家同意退貨, 並要求我退貨
沒想到賣家收到負評也完全無所謂呢...
想請問各位, 遇到這種情況會自認倒楣認賠這筆錢嗎?
或是有其他的處理方式呢?
