我在淘寶買了一幅畫，用官方直送
結果11/27入庫成功後一直沒有更新物流
後來12/05客服回信說正在清關
上網查了一些都是在台灣清關的
而我的貨則是卡在大陸清關
請問有人有遇過嗎？大概還要等多久呢？
問客服都是回答不確定時間
因為是幫別人買的，真的很著急QAQ
也沒有卡到雙11和雙12呀...
