最近買了一罐森半抹茶歐蕾
但昨天很生疏泡了第一次覺得很稀 = = (好失望阿~~)
看它上面是寫說10g的抹茶粉配100cc的水
無奈手邊都沒有可以量10g的秤
(抱著這一罐去化學實驗室應該會被轟出來)
可以請有經驗或是有電子秤的的網友分享應該要怎麼衡量粉跟水的比例嗎?@@
要具體一點的
例如100cc的水配一礦泉水瓶蓋的粉
或是一個正常馬克杯(300cc)的水配一滿瓢外面麵攤會給的那種白色塑膠湯匙之類的
