有關排隊的問題 - 顧客行為

各位鄉親大家好啊
這次小弟想跟大家討論一個有關排隊的問題
場景就設在大家都不陌生的速食店吧
假如您到小麥消費,這時有兩個(以上)的櫃檯可以點餐(以a.b代表)
每個櫃台都有兩個人在排隊,所以您就排到了a線
不過剛好您前面的客人點了很多,所以時間拖得比較久..
這時b線已經沒人了,就當您正想排過去的時候(還沒排過去),有ㄧ位客人進來了
快步走到b線,而店員也就直接幫他服務了
以上,想請問各位鄉親,以客人的角度來看
您會覺得店員這樣的動作可以接受嗎??
還是您覺得店員應該先幫您服務呢??
