有關paypal confirmed address - 海外購物

之前有爬過文,知道paypal幾乎不大認證non-US accounts的寄件地址 ,
後來我在eBay上跟一個賣方買東西,他可以寄台灣但是等我付款了之後
才跟我說不寄unconfirmed address. 我就回信跟他說paypal好像不會認證國外帳戶的地址
他又回信氣呼呼的說他有打電話去paypal問,然後paypal跟他說是絕對可以的

這時我就納悶了,我就寫信去paypal請他們幫我認證我的寄件地址 (我的shipping address
和billing address 是一樣的). 然後paypal就回信給我如下:

A Confirmed Shipping Address is either an address at which you receive your
credit card statements, and is checked by our automated system to
verify the billing address of the card, or an address that PayPal has
confirmed through an *Alternate Address Confirmation process. Also, in general,
most non-U.S. addresses cannot be confirmed at this time.

To confirm your address immediately, add a credit card to your PayPal
account. If your billing address passes our verification system, your
street address will be automatically confirmed. If you are required to
complete the Expanded Use Enrollment Process, your credit card will be
activated, but your street address may not be confirmed.

If you do not have a credit card billing address that matches the
address you would like to confirm, you may try to confirm this address through
our *Alternate Address Confirmation process. However, this process does not
guarantee that your alternate address can be confirmed.

*The Alternate Address Confirmation process is currently not available
to non-U.S. accounts.

Please Note: If you applied and were approved for a PayPal Plus Credit
Card or a PayPal Buyer Credit account, the address used on your application
is confirmed on your PayPal account.

所以我想請教的是,我的帳戶已經註冊一年多了,也早已通過信用卡認證,那我目前還需要
怎麼做呢？　能否請有經驗的板友告訴我一下？
