剛在國外賣場刊登時系統卻不讓我刊登商品並收到一個訊息如下:

Cross Border Seller Contact Request
To further enhance the trust and safety environment of eBay international
marketplace, we require you to provide your eBay ID and
a Reachable Phone Number to [email protected] before selling
cross border items.

請問有人知道是怎麼回事嗎? 要寫信到上述網址嗎?
去年刊登時都沒有此問題
而有人知道ebay跨國交易客服咨詢電話嗎?
