有人最近常在PAYPAL系統遇到這問題嗎？ - 海外購物

這幾天要付款給一個賣家，但是常常在PAY的途中轉換到一個網頁顯示著：
This function is temporarily unavailable.
Please try your payment again later by returning to eBay and clicking the My
eBay button.

可是我試了好多次好幾天都不能進行下一步，也就是KEY帳號密碼付款的那一個網頁
麻煩幫解答是怎麼一回事呢?
