PO完上一篇文章
又打了服務電話過去詢問維修的速度跟服務人員的處理方式
結果小姐跟我說他要先瞭解狀況再回電話給我
然後我要留電話給他時
只說了09xx電話就被掛斷了
我還是要說:日立的維修服務跟態度真的很差!
當初也是看日立大受好評才選購了比別的牌子昂貴的日立
沒想到買到的冷氣品質這麼糟
更想不到會碰上這樣的服務
奉勸大家要買日立之前一定要三思啊!
