我媽去costco買了包蔓越梅
他聽說有個媽媽教 可以混鮮奶打汁很好喝
回家試了真的是不錯
打起來像優格 因為蛋白遇酸變性了就哥哥的
不過這樣喝 喝一點就飽了
而且蔓越梅消耗太慢了 都一直會爛掉
有試過直接加開水打成汁 不過好難喝
有一個苦苦的怪味道
想問各位 還可以作成什麼果汁喝呢?
不然都要爛光了說 =.=
