新竹貨冒充名義「客戶拒收」 - 網店

剛剛也看到一篇在講新竹物流的文章，再往更之前查也是很多災情......
都是新竹貨運出包，只是大家狀況各自不同。
我也是最近(12/11)在 yahoo購物中心買了東西，
當日付款成功，底下寫的是「付款完成後1-3個工作天會送達」
扣掉12/12-13周末兩天，照理來說12/14-12/16應該要收到了才對。

但是等了幾天都沒收到，
今天(12/17)終於去查到底是怎麼回事，
結果......
新竹貨運的追蹤單號打開一看，
發現上面寫著「客戶拒收」(已退回)。

我沒有拒收啊！！！(傻眼)
管理員也沒有拒收啊！！！
問題是，新竹貨運根本沒有送到，是要怎麼拒收= ="
