雖然客人不會去考慮店家的人事成本房租水電,
因此總喜歡拿網路上賣價便宜的東西來比,
但是實體店舖難道就只貴在這邊嗎?
如果是這樣的話網路拍賣早就取代傳統專櫃了,
成本低又賣得便宜還可以免去看客人的臉色,
那設櫃請櫃姐是在做心酸的嗎?
你們有你們的價值呀!
你的服務你們的專業才能創造出網路店家沒有的口碑,
妳的細心和耐心的親切笑容是老闆請妳來工作不請別人的原因。
但如果那些都只是表面功夫,
實際上對客人是不耐甚或是有敵意的,
人家當然就回網路上買就好了,
妳的優勢在哪裡?
對方何必吃妳的排頭?
澳客不是沒有,但在這個例子裡的小女生,
實在說不上澳到哪裡去,頂多,就是沒有殺價的技巧罷了。
