帳戶顯示account limit 應該是被鎖了吧??

我不知道怎麼會這樣子 我看了奇摩知識別人的經驗

好像是要傳真過去證明登記信用卡者住在paypal登記地址的證明?

或是護照之類的??我也搞不太懂 裡面屯了一些餘額 也不知道該怎麼辦

不知有板友有類似的經驗 能幫幫忙嗎?

一聽到別人說最久要180天才能申訴成功 我快瘋了....

傳真不知有沒有用 打電話去 又對自己的英文應變能力沒自信

能幫幫我嗎?
