我的paypal被鎖了原因想不透阿... - 海外購物

我真的搞不懂paypal的作業方式 >"<
話說我在3904篇 問到在無信用卡認證下
進行買balance轉我下標item的paypal
總額在USD$135。
而在無認證下，可進行accept別人轉入的balance
還能夠交易balance在限額$1000美金以下。
稍早 我買入了$135美金的balance
隨後 我馬上支付我下標的item
可是不久 我進入paypal要更改錯誤寄送地址時
發現 我的paypal account被limited起來了 (錯愕..)
事情怎會這樣？ 我完全遵照遊戲規則走阿～ 囧
到底是 哪裡出了錯

我將paypal上看的資訊po上 請大大幫我分析一下

2.Fax documentation

其中一個要我做信用卡認證
我有發函給它 我根本沒信用卡 也沒必要使用信用卡
況且我又沒有轉出超過amount $1000美金的balance
即使是無信用卡認證 我所做的都是合規則的阿
為什麼限制住我的帳號 囧..
其二 要我傳真我的身分資料ID
想不通 這些都是中文 它能確認嗎 囧..

現在擔心賣方能不能收到我支付的paypal 貨能不能如期寄出
想不透 所以PO上來求助了 ~
