想問關於FB賣家問題 - 網店

本人在11/24跟FB賣家買了一樣3000多的商品,因為急需使用,在買前問過賣家可否在12/
4前到貨,賣家也承諾ok,但是日期已快接近,詢問賣家貨是否到,賣家卻說廠商已出貨
他還沒收到(貨品是大陸的),其實當下很想退,直接店面買一買(比較貴),但是賣家
說已訂貨不能退錢,也打過電話試著跟賣家溝通,說雙11關係,可能卡在物流,賣家卻叫
我等到12/6號,如果還沒到再退我錢,今天已經12/16號了,無消無息,好像也沒打算退
錢...
那東西對我來說也不需要了,因為12/4前沒到貨,我自己已經到店面買了。
我這應該也不算惡意退款,因為承諾的兩次時間都沒到貨
到底是廠商、物流還是賣家問題?
請問這要如何處理,只能繼續等嗎?
