寫意見表稱讚專櫃小姐 百貨公司的處理方式 - 百貨公司

幾個月前逛信三的時候,
遇到兩個服務很好、很貼心的小姐
(不同櫃,兩人時間間隔約一個月)。
每次回家之後就上新光三越網站的客服信箱,
把購物過程詳細描述,請信三再幫我謝謝那兩位小姐。
後來信三就照一般客訴程序,
由客服部和樓管分別打電話來確認,
並謝謝我的光臨,說會再表揚(?)優良員工。
如果客人是客訴,專櫃人員會受到懲罰,還會通知該公司,
那如果是被客人讚揚,
百貨公司會有什麼內部表揚的機會,
以及該櫃員會有實質的獎勵嗎?
很好奇我高高興興的「客訴」之後,
百貨公司會不會認真處理,
