如果帳號被盜用該怎麼辦? - 海外購物

剛剛有去問版問過別人~說這封信是否是詐騙信..

　結果"不是".....因為我從來沒用過美國的ebay..(還是三百年前有註冊過也忘了)

不知道這樣該怎麼解決？
