關於在好市多超過三十天退貨的問題
wtula大大當初寫信給美國總公司後得到的回應及相關文章
已經為大家做了個很好的解說 (但好像很多人都忘了先爬文 orz)
新竹店的服務態度很不錯 超過三十天 我只強調一句"全球政策"
(我的口氣用的是堅定且溫和) 主管出面後 問一下原因 就直接辦理退貨
態度也很和善的提醒消費者 希望以後"盡量"能在三十天內退貨
用的語氣是希望消費者配合 而不是很不善的"叫你"下次三十天內退貨
所以真的有需求 就"立場堅定"的去退貨吧
ps.我退過最久的是五個月前買的李施德霖潄口水 超刺激口腔
前陣子有報導裡頭酒精成份很高 我就決定不再勉強自己去適應它了
