好市多退貨之包裝問題 - 好市多

前幾天到好市多買了個小喇叭
因為當天在修車廠修車，拆開後簡單測試一下覺得不賴就把包裝丟在店裡
所有的配件都收在他附的收納袋裡（除了盒裝還有說明書沒有）
可是回家發現好像有點接觸不良大小聲問題
所以想要退貨，發票也留著
結果拿去高雄店說這情形，小姐說 說明書也要在才可以退
請問真的這樣就不能退嗎？不是說無條件退？
不退是也沒差，不過能退當然比較好一點啦...
