我上次試過了乾蒸,但我發現一個問題,
同一個貝果乾蒸時,當電鍋開關第一次跳起來後,
我就沒有辦法再讓它乾蒸第二次,
因為當我要〝刁〞下去時,電鍋開關就會一直跳起來,
所以我的作法是用手一直按著直到我覺得貝果OK才放手,
大家也都是這樣子嗎?還是只有我家的電鍋才會這樣?
問題二;剛剛突然想到,大家說的乾蒸應該就是外鍋不放水吧??
