這一、兩年來都會去COSTCO買MOVE FREE給老媽吃
鯊魚軟骨那罐 九百多的
每次有特價就會抱幾罐回家
比起外面的維骨力划算蠻多的
骨科醫生也說這成份OK 所以一直沒有換過其他牌子
這一期特價看到K牌葡萄糖胺+MSM在特價
不知道有沒有人平常也會吃COSTCO保養品
有人吃過這款嗎
想知道如果只是拿來平常保養的話效果怎麼樣
老媽有退化性關節炎
所以應該不會換
只是我妹是籃球隊
也會跟著吃MOVE FREE保養
如果這款葡萄糖胺+MSM平常保養用OK的話
打算叫她改吃這款
不要跟老媽搶保養品XD
