問題描述：228時去買了個小冰箱
因為當時有借車所以想說自己載
後來回來靜置一天後使用發現有冒泡聲…
問了一些版友說沒有聲音，所以想換貨
爬文看到有人說打電話可以請他們扛新的換舊的
因為現在沒車能把冰箱載去，還要自己扛回來…
怕說自己運送造成的問題…打給台中店
說沒有換，要退要自己去辦，不能搬要自己付運費請人搬…
請問沒有新品問題可以請賣場載新換舊嗎？
還是要去現場退貨在買新請他運送來在搬走舊的？這樣就要運費了…
