小弟在3月初時完成傳真訂購與付款
(210箱水 約7萬多塊)
原本想要指定在3/14一早到貨
但服務人員說無法指定到貨時間
只好退而求其次的改成3/13不限時間到貨
結果呢 到了3/13下午4點都不見貨的蹤跡
打去問才發現 服務人員說 忘 了 出
服務人員說 看是要當天補出 最快也要晚上7點
或是隔天一早9點準時到
因前者選項我們會有額外的費用產生
只好選擇後者
而服務人員也再三保證會9點準時到
結果呢 隔天8:56 大榮貨運的司機用市話電話打給我
問我路該怎麼走....
我問說 不是說好9點要到嗎?
對方也只說抱歉抱歉 現在要出門了
最後當然是快10:30才到.....
整件事跟對方兩手一攤的態度讓我實在火到不行
雖然已寫信給台灣總公司客訴此事 (尚未收到回覆)
請問還有什麼是能要求汐止好事多商配中心負責的?
實在不想就這樣雲淡風輕就這樣過去
未來再訂購卻又遇到一樣的鳥事...
