今天去汐止店, 剛好遇到 "十樂豚骨拉麵"試吃,
因為沒看過, 似乎是新品, 就拿了一杯試試。
吃起來感覺很像美食街 "壽賀喜屋"的豚骨拉麵,
剛好同行的友人對這款也有興趣, 就買了一盒對分。
晚上趁新鮮, 就煮了當晚餐, 因為不知道份量,
所以拿了三小包試試。先煮一鍋水煮拉麵, 這款的拉麵是生的乾麵,
煮好麵後, 水會變的有點稠稠的, 將麵撈起沖涼水, 煮麵水倒掉。
然後另外煮開水加入豚骨高湯包煮成麵湯, 一包高湯可以對450-500cc的水,
最後將再沖過熱水的麵條放入大碗, 倒入適當的麵湯,
上面擺上溏心蛋、玉米粒、叉燒肉片(小朋友用火腿片)及丸子,
看起來就是直接從美食街端回來的拉麵...
吃了之後, 真的幾乎跟壽賀喜屋是一模一樣的味道...

這款拉麵, 好像才進沒多久, 一盒 198元,有10包拉麵+10包高湯,
平均一包19.8元, 價格還蠻實在的, 且一包的量頗多, 我煮了三包,
兩個大人+小一及大班生四個人吃, 最後吃到有點撐並且還剩小半碗麵。
不過因為是生麵條, 所以食用期限不長, 買回來可能要儘快吃掉。
還有就是它附的濃縮豚骨高湯還蠻鹹的, 雖說是要對上450-500cc的水,
我後來幾乎加了快700cc才覺得可以接受, 當然這就跟口味有關了...
