好事多90天的退貨規定濫用 - 大賣場

原因是因為
去年五月買的勳風捕蚊燈(一般的)
最近發現有異味，前天甚至冒出煙來.....挖咧~!
所以想說與其等送修，乾脆拿去退比較省事情
以下為對話(台南好事多)
我：這台最近用到會冒煙，可以退嗎
店員：我查一下，阿你這個超過90天不能退唷，只能送修
我：阿你們上面不就有寫這幾樣，沒有包含捕蚊燈吧
店員：有唷，我們只要是跟電有關的東西90天以後就不能退
我：好吧，既然這樣那我打個電話去你們總公司問好了
店員：那稍等我一下，我問一下經理好了(到後面拿起無線電)
店員：那還是給你退好了，不過要詳述原因唷
我：都冒煙了，難道要等到把我家燒掉才能退嗎.............
最後還是退錢，看來台南店最近也會濫用+曲解90天的規定來拒絕退貨了
