增利官方集貨只到一件~更新 - 網店

我在雙11有兩件東西寄到官方增利
好不容易寄到台灣,昨天管理員收到,我趕緊去拿
結果裡面只有一件寄到!?另一件小米卻不翼而飛
但是包裹上卻在收件人上「注內有2件,件數1,寄貨人:小米官方旗艦店」等資訊
淘寶物流網站上顯示「...送達。貨物件數共一件。」
這樣是正常嗎?我還能盼到小米的包裹寄到嗎?敲了連絡人,似乎假日也不會回我的樣子,好苦惱...

剛剛回家後,立刻照y大的說法去問人工雲,不過人工雲「雪碧」似乎誤解我的問題
我問的是「轉運到台灣」的貨物的問題,但她以為我在說尚未入庫的問題...(看來
尚未入庫應該是大家最常問的問題喔!)
總之,在雞同鴨講下,我失落地拿起昨天收到的包裹,看到袋子上的運送碼,立刻
查詢一下是否有增利國際自己有無追蹤物流的系統(之前被增利拒收的包裹,送往
私人集貨時有給我SJL的運單,我想增利應該也有),並找到:

立刻輸入我包裹上的號碼後,果然「這一件訂單」從何時入庫、何時送上飛機都有紀錄,
而且只有提供這一件訂單的資訊;同理可得,另一件小米的商品,應該是另外寄送的,
我立馬跟雪碧要了小米訂單的運單號是多少,雪碧也馬上告知,一查......
小米訂單今天才搭飛機到台灣阿!
結論:
因為不懂物流、增利的作業,所以一直以為:「一同拍下運費,應該一同寄出」。
但事實往往跟自己臆測的想法不合。
總之,無論如何,我期待另一件包裹可以平安寄達......
而這種需要智慧與勇氣的淘寶購物,對我來說太燒腦了。
