很久沒買雞塊了
costco的紅龍雞塊雖然很愛但根本吃不完
所以幾個禮拜前去全聯買了一包卜x雞塊
上禮拜用有上下火的大烤箱烤了幾塊來吃
(當學生時很愛用小烤箱烤雞塊)
結果烤了十幾分鐘看起來差不多後拿出來
咬開裡面是灰色的....
而且烤出來每一塊都是如此
然後吃起來口感也不是很對
就有點爛爛的跟我印象中的雞塊很不同><
當下覺得毛毛的想說會不會是我家烤箱有問題
家人還說會不會是因為本來是冷凍烤箱又不夠熱之類的問題
前幾天用平底鍋半煎炸了幾塊
一樣是灰灰的
這次又安慰自己說 或許是火太大所以外面熟了裡面不夠熟
結果剛剛想說不然這次用小火慢慢半煎炸看看好了
裡面還是一樣是淡灰色耶...
是因為我技術太差都沒用熟嗎= =
可是皮都已經變金黃色而且快有咖啡色焦面出來了
雞塊沒熟的時候是灰色??
而且我買的是原味
可我吃起來覺得好像有點胡椒味...
還是我硬著頭皮吃完他才發現嘴巴一直有胡椒味(因為我都有沾番茄醬)
而且卜x的雞塊怎麼那麼多包裝?
我在全聯買到是透明 然後部份紅底白字的包裝
可是大賣場賣的好像都是黃色或白色的包裝
一整個想說我是買到假的嗎= =
現在也不知道要不要把那包繼續試驗完還是直接丟掉
