在OK用悠遊卡消費餘額不足不能補現金？ - 便利商店

今天去了一家OK便利商店
因為悠遊卡餘額不太夠（少了幾塊錢）
想請店員先扣完悠遊卡裡面的錢
剛好身上還有幾個銅板可以一起用掉
結果店員說他們店不行這樣做
但是在7-11 全家都做過類似的要求
從來沒被拒絕過啊…
請問是OK真的比較特別
還是單純那店員不會操作…？
