請問大家有在Evans cycle購物的經驗嗎
我在10/25的時候購買一個包包
11/13還沒到的時候我寫信給客服詢問
客服回信說最慢會在11/15送達
到了今天11/25都還沒送達
寫信給客服他說
checked with your local sorting office
as this order is being shown as delivered on 04/11/12.
想請問一下
他所說的local sorting office是指郵局嗎?
那我要如何去查詢我的order呢?
這是我第一次在國外網站購物,麻煩了!
