國外網站消費要求退款 - 海外購物

為了要下載原文書解答的電子版

只能在國外付費網站找到檔案

於是我就在6.11加入了會員

可是不知道是不是在國外的原因

我用了老半天都下載不了

在6.13號我寫了一封信告知我要退費

因為他在網站上寫三天內滿意鑑賞期

後來他也回了一封信給我

內容如下:Thank you for contacting *********com customer support. Your purchase
will be refunded within 3 business days. We apologize for any inconveniences
that you may have experienced while using our service.

如果我沒誤解任何單字 上面應該是說會在三個工作天會退我錢吧

這是在6.13他回給我的

因為到今天為止 我還沒收到款項

於是今天我就直接問他 我要確定我的refund何時會收到

他卻回覆我這樣:
Thank you for contacting *********.com customer support. 3 days of
money back guarantee has already passed. We cannot make a refund after more
than 3 days of membership.

這讓我很傻眼 請問我該怎麼辦阿?
