問題描述：
數週前在嘉義Costco 看到蜜蜂工坊的特展，對蜂膠產品感到有興趣，於是sales就把我
帶到旁邊ㄧ對ㄧ介紹，並且sales建議我直接滴在口裡吞，這樣才能完整吸收。如果加水
稀釋會浪費蜂膠。（她說她本身就是這樣使用）
吞了一個星期，過敏明顯好轉，但是今天舌頭開始發癢發麻......google了一下才知道
自
己被灼傷被灼傷被灼傷了......
爬文才知道原來蜂膠因為是酒精提煉的，所以一定要稀釋，說明書上也這麼寫。

雖然我及早發現，所以停用了，可是吃東西都有一種不舒服的感覺，大概會這樣痛幾天吧
......！
爬文看到了該工坊蜂蜜產品也有疑慮。雖然如此，蜂膠產品並沒有問題的樣子......令
我
不開心的不是產品，而是sales本身不專業的介紹。我是基於相信專業才不疑有他的照做
，如果晚一點爬文也許食道就灼傷了......
不知道如果是各位大大會怎麼處理這件事？如果客訴，事隔數週我已經忘記sales的樣
子了......
