商品缺貨 被backorder - 海外購物

於CRC上購物, 已經confirm訂單了
卻突然缺貨, 那兩個items被取消
其餘商品寄出
可是我收到這封信有些不解

The invoice that you will receive in your order will still show the original
total cost. Please rest assured that the cancelled item has been refunded
back to your original payment method.
=>如果被海關課稅, 那兩樣取消的商品會被課到嗎?


If you would like to place a new order for the item, and have had to pay for
shipping, we will naturally refund the postage costs for that order. To
claim your refund simply add the following note in the additional notes at
the basket stage of your order:

　是說如果要買同樣的商品　還是可以有免運的優惠嗎
　　因為本來我是有達到免運門檻

=> 請問我本來已經是免運門檻, 這兩項缺貨商品被取消
total cost 就在門檻之下了, 這樣的話 還是有免運優惠嗎 謝謝
