向美國Costco投訴大順店囂張副店長 - costco

投訴方式就不說了 之前板友都有教

投訴的是值班經理跟副店長
這次是退貨一個廚房用手動食物切絲器
購買時間超過一年(工讀生或魚可以選擇不看本文)
投訴理由是值班經理退貨規則交代不清與副店長態度囂張

Hello Costco,

I bought a Kitchen tool with NT 879 on Nov. , 2014 at the Costco
of Dashun , Kaohsiung in Taiwan. ( Address:No.111, Dashun 1st Rd.,
Gushan Dist., Kaohsiung City 804, Taiwan ) It's not useful and i
got hurt from it so i put it in my cupboard and never used it
again.

I would like to refund it on Oct. 28, 2016 at the Costco of Dashun
, Kaohsiung in Taiwan. The duty manager told me that I could not
refund it because their refund policy is 30 days ago. I told him
about the refund policy on white board behind the manager. Why did
you not write refund's term on white board ? He said they don't
need to write all policy on it but i searched refund policy on
websites of Costco US even TW . Your refund policy all did not
include refund's term. Why did the Taiwan manager use his opinion
on Costco refund policy and refuse me to refund.

Unfortunately, their deputy manager came there and told me that i
couldn't refund it with tone discrimination. How can Costco allow
your staff to tell your customers with this kind of manner even he
is a deputy manager ? I think i were not the only one treated in
Kaohsiung in Taiwan. The stores of Costco in Taiwan usually have
their own opinion on refund policy.

May I know how Costco return policy works exactly?

Hello Costco,

I have sent email to you this morning on Taiwan standard time. I
wrote that i tried to refund a kitchen tool on Oct. 28, 2016 at
the Costco of Dashun , Kaohsiung in Taiwan. ( Add:No.111, Dashun
1st Rd., Gushan Dist., Kaohsiung City 804, Taiwan )

I want to say that their deputy manager tried to threaten me. If i
wanted to refund , i needed to agree his words that i cannot
refund again when i bought something for long time.

But the refund policy of Costco is :
How can I return my Costco.com order?
We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell, and will
refund your purchase price, with the following exceptions:
Televisions, Tuner-Free Displays, Projectors, Major Appliances...

He also said i can complain him to Consumers' Foundation. In fact,
i think he didn't afraid it , because it didn't belong to our
government. The guy tried to give me wrong information.

I have been membership of Costco for 9 years. I never encountered
this kind of bad thing. Your services in Taiwan are more worse
than before.

我去大順店退貨，Ａ說堅持不能退，而且只能在三十天內退貨，
我問Ａ後面白板的退貨規則並沒有寫退貨期限，Ａ說如果要寫的話，
後面的白板寫不完，然後Ａ一直跟我無限LOOP一樣的話。
我跟說Ａ說叫比你高階的主管來，就來了一個老老高高像外省人
的主管Ｂ，自稱他是副店長。我問了Ｂ跟Ａ一樣的話有關退貨規則與
我要退貨，Ｂ也堅持不能退又說東西買了只能三十天內退，而且說白
板上沒寫退貨期限是給大家方便。我跟Ｂ說你們總經理在電視上說台
灣Costco的退貨率太低，要增加退貨率，（這邊我忘了他回應什麼）
。之後Ｂ跟我說“這次先給你退，下次就不能退了”（這句有去退貨
的應該常聽到），我回應Ｂ說，你們每次退貨都講那句話，Ｂ突然惱
羞成怒並說不給退貨了，我還是跟Ｂ堅持要退貨，Ｂ跟Ａ說不給我退
，要我想在退貨區站多久就站，Ｂ就離開了。
之後我要求店員再把Ｂ叫來，一樣堅持要退貨並問他為何不能退
與為何美國退貨率那麼高，Ｂ說美國退貨率高是美國人都退不需要的
東西，我（們）這樣退貨，美國人會笑在心裡（這邊我覺得很不爽，
個人覺得Ｂ是在歧視我或是台灣人?!），我就問Ｂ你是在歧視我嗎？
Ｂ說並不是這樣，並告訴如果覺得不滿可以去消基會投訴他。之後Ｂ
說可以給我退，但是威脅我要同意他講的話“這次是最後一次，下次
如果東西買太久就不能退了，並在電腦上做標註”。

然後我就去投訴美國Costco了

今天自稱是大順店長Ｃ的人打電話給我要了解情況，我問了他幾
個問題，(1) Ｃ說三十天內退貨是內部的規則，所以網站或店裡都沒
標註退貨期限，是為了給客人方便，給不給退並不是自由心證（但是
並無法解釋美國Costco退貨也沒退貨期限），(2) Ｃ說”這次先給你
退，下次不能退了“這句話並不是台灣Costco拒絕客人退貨的SOP ，
並表示以後不會在大順店再聽到這句話，(3) Ｃ說這次Ｂ不理性的行
為是他自己個人情緒管理不佳，Ｃ要代替Ａ跟Ｂ跟我道歉，我要求要
Ｂ親自跟我道歉，Ｃ拜託說這次事情到他就好，並說會將不適任的員
工調離現職，(4) Ｃ說以後我還是可以順利退貨，電腦內並不會有標
註，(5) Ｃ說會要求退貨區的員工臉色好一點，不要那種不爽別人來
退貨的臉，(6) Ｃ說有退貨不能退的問題可以跟員工說要找店長，如
果他有當班的話，(7) Ｃ說他可以代表台灣Costco說話。
