憑紀錄退貨是指"你帶去的貨品符合紀錄"就讓你退, 也就是說你要"有貨"
退貨有個"貨"字
為了你方便理解我把這句話拆解成兩個構成要件
1.你帶去的品項<---也就是必須要有實體物品出現 (是有些例外的狀況, 但非多數常態)
2.此品項確實有在你的購買紀錄中
於是你才可以在沒有帶會員卡甚至發票收據的情況下退貨
而你把他理解成"只要有紀錄就退錢"
你在意的是"錢", 可是人家在意的是你的"貨"
再來就是你老是拿"長期購買金額<瞬間大量退貨"來救援實在好笑
即便我瞬間大量退貨超過我過去的購買金額好了(或說利潤被吃掉)
但是因為我"長期的使用趨勢"去推估未來潛勢仍是正的成長(大數據+小數據預測的概念)
也就是說"瞬間大量退貨"在我的消費習慣來說如果屬於離群值, 是特殊情況
相對長期購買的頻率來說(包括過去紀錄與未來推估), 出現的次數所占比例極少
那麼就是一個仍可經營的消費者
而你不是阿, 我想你應該是長期的消費習慣就是會異常大量地退(或其它很爛的消費習慣)
人家才會(從未來潛勢)預估你這顧客根本不值得再繼續經營下去阿~~
