南紡總廠都更案主要都市設計審議，6月已獲台南市政府通過，目前正準備相關細部計劃
送審事宜，南紡表示，未來第一期工程，南紡將投資46億元興建旅館、購物中心、和辦公
室的複合大樓，預定103年底完工啟用。
南紡指出，根據規劃，南紡總廠2.17萬坪的土地，第一期開發案，將使用8,000坪
，由南紡自行投資46億元興建複合式大樓，包括國際觀光旅館、購物中心、和辦公室，其
中，購物中心將委託夢時代經營。
至於第二期開發案，除了住宅興建，也會延續第一期的商場開發，不過，將透過招
商模式進行。

46億元會不會有點太少了，蘭城新月加晶華飯店是投資60億，耐斯松屋加王子
大飯店也是投資60億元，台中大遠百也是投資80億元，高雄的夢時代更是投資185億元
總之還是希望開發案能做得盡善盡美了
