全聯領實名制口罩被告知已被領取 - 全聯

不知道有沒有同樣選擇在全聯領實名制口罩的版友遇到相同情況
我是領這週第10期的口罩，用的是PX Pay的口罩領取專區
全家人的口罩都是由我代購，也統一用我的手機收簡訊
但今天到指定的全聯門市領取時
店員一開始是告知我口罩領取期限已過，說我的序號是第9期的
但經核對後確定都是第10期的序號，簡訊也是上週五才收到的
後來店員又叫我看收銀機螢幕，上面顯示全部的口罩都已領取
幾個店員討論一番後，最後只說都拿出來了，就讓我領走好了
就在一個莫名其妙的狀況下離開了
如果是全聯系統有問題或店員弄錯倒還好，就怕是我自己的手機或電腦有資安問題
有其他版友遇到相同情況嗎?
