先說口感
偏甜 不喜歡重口味的大概會覺得有點鹹
可能是味噌加太多
味噌是蠻重，沒有腥味
蛤蜊三顆吧
如果以一般店家賣味噌湯一碗的標準
你願意多花幾塊錢吃三顆蛤蜊呢?
是不錯喝
但是如果味噌跟糖不要加那麼多
我會給更高分一些
