信用卡的問題 - 海外購物

收到以下的回覆信 所以訂單被取消

"We did receive your order, but it has not made it through verification.
The credit card billing address which is International does not match
with the information the bank has on file. In an effort to protect
our customers from credit card and identity fraud, we have cancelled
your order and refunded the credit card"

該網站無法將貨物送到台灣 他的shipping address有個下拉選項就沒有Taiwan

可是又必須確認信用卡的billing address 原本的做法是將東西寄到美國朋友

再用自己的卡買單 但似乎行不通 想請問是否有人有過類似的情形呢
