我承認我是來討拍的 orz..內有長長長長長抱怨文

今天下午一點多收到7-11的取貨簡訊
總共Rainbow+天藍+FM 共五件
下午五點多趕緊到門市領
貼心的天藍客服 幫我快速出貨
讓我在今天妹妹要上台北前 送她天藍的鏈條包
結果一到門市晴天霹靂
店員說 因為我之前很多次包裹沒有領取 訂的包裹又大
佔用店裡空間 所以今天的包裹通通退貨處理了 不讓我領
我整個人極度困惑 一直問她 不是才剛到貨 還沒超過期限呀?
還拿手機簡訊讓她看 但她看都不看 繼續滑店裡的電腦螢幕
一直鬼打牆的說我的包裹全被退掉了 所以不能領
後來我不死心的問了很久 她才願意讓步說要打給店長
原來我的包裹被他們收在小房間
今天才剛到門市 但他們想收起來 晚點就辦理退貨
(其實女店員也知道根本就還沒有被退
訂單資料都還顯示在電腦螢幕上 她就是不想讓我領...)
她說 我們店長說你每次都訂那麼多包裹 又都不領 領又不一次領完
所以造成我們很大的困擾 請你以後一定要一次領完!
在此我解釋一下 他指責我的地方
首先 我有過三件包裹沒有領 三件都是在同一天到達門市的
一件包臀裙 一件格子襯衫 一件夏天薄款無袖背心
當時訂單資料有錯誤 我有跟商城的賣家反映
他們說不要去領沒關係 到時候會自行從門市退回賣家
三件真的頗薄的衣服 連鞋子都沒有
他們說我佔用很大的空間 "造成困擾" --> 店員從頭到尾 每一句話都有這四個字
第二 她說我每次都分次領 不一次領完
其實就只有一次 那天我發現錢帶不夠
詢問店員我可不可以先領幾個 店員說沒關係
我前前後後道歉了兩次 跟她說真的很抱歉 麻煩你們
她回說不會 沒關係
(就是此次的女店員 當時我還回家跟男友說
這個女店員人很好 我這樣麻煩她 她都沒有不耐煩 服務很棒~)
如果當時我這樣要求錯了 可以直說要我一次領完
而不是跟我說沒關係 轉身後馬上跟店長抱怨我是個澳客 我很難搞
老實說我真的很難過
這家門市我往來十多年了
即使是我先到櫃台要領包裹 但他們先幫其他客人服務
我在旁邊等得再久 都覺得是應該的
因為不能因為我 耽誤到他們服務其他客人
有時會特地挑大夜班的時候去領
因為怕白天班(就是女店員的班)會忙不過來
也塞過贈品給店員 想表達我每次都麻煩他們的歉意
今天 我並不是寄送十件包裹 只花一筆運費
我花了十筆運費 去寄送十件包裹 材積都在限制標準以內
就因為我填一樣的名字
就讓他們來挑剔我包裹多
規定我一定要第一時間馬上領 不能站他們店的空間
而且也不能不領包裹 即使他們都收了運費
(物品保管手續費 也是包含在運費裡面阿)
四個小時就打算把我的包裹退貨
完全沒有想辦法先聯絡上我跟我溝通 來表達他們的苦衷
讓我傻傻的跑一趟 花錢領東西 還要被洗臉洗了一頓
溝通的幾十分鐘裡 就只聽見店員不停強調
"妳這樣造成我們的困擾 你的東西佔我們的空間

後來我氣得說不出話 只很弱的說
"好 我以後不會再寄你們的門市了"
沒想到 這句話稱了店員的心意
她馬上說好 接著又說 你之前那樣已經造成我們很大的困擾
不知道為什麼 本來好開心拿到要送妹妹的禮物
整個人心涼了一半 超想哭的啦Q^Q..
