其實這個倒是反映了兩種觀念的差異。
一種是消費者已經付了錢,保障消費環境的安全是業者責任的一部分
。當發生竊案時,業者有連帶責任。
另一種則是業者提供的是購物的環境,與商品本身的完善服務是業者
的責任;但是消費者保管隨身物品的責任,並不會因為在賣場內外而
有差異。
我是比較偏向後者啦。主要是因為顧客間的糾紛,有時候店家確實是
被卡在兩造中間。畢竟顧客物品遺失,就表示可能有店員或其他的顧
客有偷竊或侵占的行為。
針對這種情況,受害者仍然得去報案。當然,報案可以請業者協助連
絡。至於現場的影像這種東西,最好是在公權力有介入的情況下來索
取。
當然,以上這些事情,店家如果能夠主動提示跟協助會更好啦。
如果確實發現某個入場者有偷竊的行為,至少可以循跟他相關的卡號
來追查。
所以回到前陣子的話題,如果這個竊賊,是在門口隨機要求某個會員
協助夾帶進去的,這個會員....這時候麻煩不就就很大了?
也因此還是建議不要讓陌生人跟你用同一張卡進賣場或者結帳。
